uring my time at DM Keith, I worked as a Senior Sales Executive representing BYD, where I built strong customer relationships and supported clients through the full sales and finance process. I developed a strong understanding of vehicle finance options, helping customers choose suitable solutions by explaining key features clearly and professionally while ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements were met accurately. I consistently delivered a high level of customer service, managed enquiries and follow-ups through CRM systems, and worked to targets in a fast-paced environment. This role strengthened my communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness, as well as my ability to assess customer needs and present tailored finance and vehicle solutions.
